Lodging & Attractions

We recommend the Monterey Marriott in downtown Monterey, steps away from the SportsFest venue. This relaxing waterfront retreat is surrounded by unique shopping, fine dining, spectacular coastal trails and beaches, and the rich historical setting of Old Monterey.

The Marriott is offering SportsFest participants a preferred rate of $289/night for a single/double occupancy room.

To reserve your room at the Marriot, please click here  or call the hotel directly at  1.888.236.2427 and ask for the Monterey Beach SportsFest room rate.  Room availability is limited, so make your reservation promptly. The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Food and Beverage

The SportsFest offers a variety of food and dining options close by in addition to the many downtown restaurants within walking distance of the events. Lou Lou’s Griddle in the Middle (of Wharf #2) is open for breakfast and lunch and The Wharf Marketplace adjacent to the event is a newly opened marketplace featuring fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood, as well as coffee, pastries and sandwiches. For those on the run, food trucks will be there serving and the SportsFest Beer Garden (age 21 and over), presented by  Peter B’s Brewpub, is located next to the Wharf Marketplace.
